The findings, decision and order of the Hearing Officer shall be subject to review in the Circuit Court of the county, in which the municipality’s principal office is located. The provisions of the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted pursuant thereto shall apply to and govern every action for the judicial review of the findings, decisions and order of a Hearing Officer under this subchapter.
