All terms, provisions or sections of existing ordinances of the city, which provide for a fine or penalty for the violation of their respective terms, provisions or sections, shall be and hereby are amended to provide that the fine or penalty that may be imposed for any violation shall be a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $750, except as hereinafter provided in §§ 36.02 and 36.04.
