§ 35.16  SUSPENSION.
   Any member of the Department may be suspended by the Mayor at any time or by the City Council at any regular or special meeting thereof.  Report of the suspension and the reasons therefor, shall thereafter be immediately made to the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners in writing for their further action in accordance with the provisions of the ILCS.
