§ 35.15 POLICE BADGES.

Every member of the Department shall wear a suitable badge to be furnished by the city, and any member who shall destroy the same will be required to pay the cost of replacing it; and whenever any member of the Department shall leave, resign, be suspended or discharged, he or she shall immediately deliver his or her badge to the Mayor or Chief.
