§ 34.30  VIOLATIONS.
   The Chief or designee shall suspend any member up to 29 days for any violation or a combination of violations without notifying the Mayor and City Council of such decision.  For any suspension beyond 29 days, a written report shall be made by the Chief to the Mayor and City Council.
