§ 34.07  APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT.
   The Mayor and City Council shall determine, with the advice and counsel of the Fire Chief, the amount, type and size of all fire apparatus and equipment comprising the Department, and shall purchase, repair or replace any and all fire apparatus and equipment and accessories they deem necessary, as provided by state law.
