The Police Force of the city shall at all times serve notices and render all such services to the Board of Health as it may request, and shall report to the City Health Officer all nuisances it may detect and shall investigate all complaints of nuisances which may be reported to them, and report the same to the City Health Officer, if in their judgment they are nuisances.
