§ 32.67  VACCINATION.
   The Board of Health may from time to time take such measures as they may deem necessary to prevent the spread of smallpox by issuing an order requiring all persons in the city, or any part thereof, to be vaccinated within such time as the Board shall prescribe, and all persons refusing or neglecting to obey such order, shall be fined in any sum not less than $3 nor more than $20 for each offense; provided, all persons showing a certificate of exemption from a qualified, practicing physician shall not be required to comply herewith.
