§ 32.64  RESISTANCE PROHIBITED.
   Whoever shall oppose, or resist, or counsel, advise, aid, or abet any other person to oppose or resist any member of the Board of Health, or any officer of the city, in the discharge of his duty, in relation to the provisions of this subchapter or, whoever shall abet or encourage any violation hereof, shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be fined not less than $3 nor more than $200.
