§ 32.45  SUPERINTENDENT; REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   The Superintendent of Streets may be removed from office at any time by the Mayor or by the City Council for failure to execute the duties of his or her office faithfully and accurately and for any violations of the provisions hereof or of any ordinances of the city or the statutes of the state appertaining to the office.
