§ 31.01 DEPUTY CITY CLERK; AUTHORITY.

   (A)   Pursuant to and in keeping with the provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3.1-30-10, the City Clerk is authorized to appoint a Deputy City Clerk.

   (B)   The Deputy City Clerk, so appointed by the City Clerk, is to perform all of the duties of the Office of City Clerk in keeping and as set forth in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-35-90 and 3.1-35-95.
