§ 30.10  TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ORDER OF BUSINESS OR RULES.
   The foregoing rules and order of business may be temporarily suspended by the unanimous consent of all the members present, but shall not be repealed, altered or amended unless by the concurrence of two-thirds of all the Aldermen elected.
