The Corporation Counsel, in all cases where ordinances have been referred to him or her for investigation, consideration and to reconstruct to conform to legal or statutory requirements, shall be required to furnish each member of the City Council upon request a copy of all ordinances under consideration which were referred to him or her by the Council.
