Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, neither the authority of the Code Hearing Unit to conduct administrative adjudication procedures nor the institution of such procedures under this chapter shall preclude the county from seeking remedies for code violations through the use of any other administrative procedure or court proceeding.
