§ 39.03 HEARING OFFICERS APPOINTMENT.
   The Chairperson of the County Board, with the advice and consent of the County Board, shall appoint one or more Hearing Officers for the purposes in this section. Said Hearing Officer shall be an attorney licensed in the state and in good standing. Compensation for said Hearing Officer shall be determined by the County Board.
