§ 39.02 CODE HEARING UNIT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created a code hearing unit which shall be known as the “Madison County Code Hearing Unit” and same shall be authorized to conduct administrative adjudication proceedings for the county, its departments and its officers in order to expedite the prosecution and correction of code violations.
