The Building Inspector and county officials shall enforce the regulations of this chapter and all other laws relating to the filling of property. All permits are valid for one year. If work under any fill permit has not been completed within 12 months the applicant must re-apply. The county reserves the right to review the new application with consideration to the regulatory environment and circumstances, which may have evolved over the elapsed time period.
