§ 114.125 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRAIN. Includes ditch and means any watercourse or conduit, whether open, covered or enclosed, natural or artificial, or partly natural and partly artificial, by which waters coming or falling upon lands or carried away.
   FILL OF LANDS.
      (1)   CLEAN FILL. Those materials which are made up of either insitu (site derived) soils or transported soils which may be properly placed in lifts to achieve a level of compaction required for the proper support of foundations.
      (2)   FILL. As defined in the county zoning ordinance, is any act by which soil, sand, gravel, rock or any other material(s) is deposited, or placed by humans or machine to another location, and shall include the conditions resulting therefrom.
