§ 113.045 SEALING PROVISIONS; INSPECTION.
   Wells that are abandoned shall be sealed in a manner prescribed by the Health Department and the Illinois Water Well Construction Code. The sealing of all abandoned wells shall be inspected by the Health Official to determine compliance with this chapter.
