In those locations where a community water system is reasonably available, that supply should be the sole source of water for drinking and culinary purposes.
REASONABLY AVAILABLE
shall mean the subject property is located within 200 feet of the community water system to which connection is practical and is permitted by the controlling authority for said water supply.
