§ 38.25 REMOVAL OF A BOARD MEMBER.
   A member of the Emergency Telephone System Board may be removed by the Chairperson of the County Board, with the advice and consent of the County Board, for neglect of duty, for not attending a Board meeting on at least three occasions in any one calendar year without an excused absence, for misconduct and misfeasance in office after being given a written statement of the charges and an opportunity to be heard thereon.
