§ 38.24 MEETINGS.
   The Emergency Telephone System Board shall prescribe the time and place of the regularly scheduled Board meetings and the manner of which special Board meetings may be called. It shall sit with open doors and shall keep minutes of its own proceedings which shall be made available for public inspection.
