§ 111.51 RULES AND PROCEDURES.
   The Planning and Development Committee shall adopt such rules concerning the filing of appeals and applications for amendments, variances, giving of notice, and conduct of hearings as shall be necessary to carry out its duties as defined herein. The Committee shall keep minutes of its proceedings, keep records of its examinations and other official acts and shall record the vote of all actions taken. All minutes and records shall be filed for a period not to exceed two consecutive years in the Office of the County Board and shall be public record.
