§ 111.50 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
   (A)   The enforcement of this code is hereby vested in the Planning and Development Committee of the County Board, hereinafter known as the Committee.
   (B)   The Committee shall enforce this code and all amendments and regulations hereinafter adopted by the County Board.
