§ 110.071 AERATION TREATMENT EFFLUENT DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS.
   Approval for aerated treatment systems with a surface discharge may be granted provided that:
   (A)   The Building and Zoning Department is provided sufficient evidence that the system is capable of producing an effluent on a continuous basis that meets the water quality criteria (see effluent standards);
   (B)   If the operation of a system results in an unsatisfactory effluent, then additional treatment shall be installed as required by the Building and Zoning Department;
   (C)   Effluent from an aerobic type unit is required to drain into the following. One hundred and fifty square feet minimum absorption trench. (see Attachment A, attached to Ord. 98-08, which is attached hereto and made a part by reference hereof). If property size prohibits one to 150 square feet trench, shorter trenches totaling 150 square feet are permitted.
   (D)   Absorption trenches are to be constructed as follows:
      (1)   Width: three feet; and
      (2)   Depth: two feet minimum; three feet maximum.
   (E)   Trenches are required to terminate as follows:

   (F)   Approved graveless and/or chamber systems may be substituted for gravel systems.
