§ 110.038 VARIANCES.
   If circumstances exist which make compliance with the requirements impossible, anyone may request the Department to review a proposal for modification of the requirements. The requests shall be made in writing and be accompanied by a plan drawn to scale, and shall include pertinent data to support the request.
