(A) A permit shall only be issued to, and installed by, a licensed private sewage disposal system contractor of the county or a home owner installing his or her own residential sewage disposal system except as provided for in divisions (B) and (C) of this section. Aerobic wastewater treatment system may only be installed by a licensed sewage disposal contractor.
(B) The excavator and company involved in delivery and placement of an aerobic waste water treatment unit will be considered “installers.” Both parties must have an up-to-date county private sewage disposal license.
(C) A county building permit must be obtained for all installations of private sewage disposal systems.
