§ 36.12 AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   The EMA Director may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other counties or political subdivisions of the state, but no agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the Chairperson of the County Board and by the State Director of EMA.
