§ 36.09 RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR.
   The Director shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration, training and operation of the County EMA as prescribed in and by the state emergency management program subject to the direction and control of the Chairperson of the County Board. He or she shall coordinate the activities of all organizations for emergency management and disaster operations within the county and shall maintain liaison and cooperate with the emergency services and disaster agencies and emergency management organizations or municipalities within the county, other counties and cities, and of the federal and state government.
