§ 93.005 RESTRICTIONS ON EXISTING PERMITS.
   (A)   Existing restrictions. Where this zoning code imposes a greater restriction upon land, buildings or structures than is imposed or required by existing provisions of law, ordinance, contract or deed, the provisions of this zoning code shall govern.
   (B)   Existing permits. This zoning code is not intended to abrogate or annul any building permits, zoning permits, or other awful permits issued before the effective date of this zoning code, April 1, 1975. However, any requested change in any permit shall follow the procedures and requirements of this zoning code.
   (C)   Completion permitted. Any building or structure for which a building permit has been issued prior to the date of enactment of this zoning code may be completed and used in accordance with the plans, specifications, and permits on which the building permit was granted, provided construction commences within 90 days of passage of this zoning code and is diligently prosecuted to completion within one year.
