§ 92.076 VACATION OF PLATS.
   Any plat or part thereof may be vacated by the owner of the tract of land in accordance with 765 ILCS 205/0.1 et seq., as amended from time to time.
   (A)   Approvals required. No instrument of plat vacation shall be effective until it has been approved by:
      (1)   The County Land Use Committee;
      (2)   The County Engineer;
      (3)   The Highway Commissioner of the appropriate township; and
      (4)   An authorized official or agent of any utility involved.
   (B)   When lots have been sold. If any lots in the subdivision have been sold, the instrument of plat vacation shall not be effective unless it is also signed by all the owners of the lots.
