§ 32.56 APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ACT.
   The provisions of the Administrative Review Act, being 735 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq., approved May 8, 1945, and all amendments and modifications thereof and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of any order of the Commission rendered pursuant to this subchapter.
