§ 92.004 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations shall be applicable in all unincorporated portions of the county, provided, that special procedures shall be applicable to subdivisions located within one and one-half miles of the corporate limits of any municipality which exercises extraterritorial subdivision jurisdiction.
