It shall be the responsibility of the owner and/or developer of the mobile home park to secure all proper zoning and building permits. Upon completion of the development and/or individual pads, a final inspection shall be made on the mobile home park upon its completion and upon the completion and approval of the electrical service and the placement of the initial mobile home on the pad, this is to be inspected by the Planning and Development Department. A certificate of occupancy must be issued to the lot or development in question prior to its initial usage. This shall be verified to the License Committee.
