§ 91.042 REFUSE DISPOSAL AND PEST CONTROL.
   Satisfactory containers, racks or holders in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the State Department of Public Health, shall be provided at permanent locations convenient to mobile home spaces. Incinerators shall not be permitted.
