(A) Mobile home parks and the mobile homes therein shall have such fire prevention or firefighting equipment to comply with state laws and the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Public Health and approved by the State Fire Marshal.
(B) Inspection of any equipment and enforcement of any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this section shall be performed by the Deputy of the State Fire Marshal and local law enforcement agencies in the county or municipality where the mobile home park is located.
