The person to whom license for a mobile home park is issued or transferred to shall at all times operate the park in compliance with this chapter and regulations issued thereunder, and shall provide supervision to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times. The license issued by the County Clerk shall be conspicuously posted in the office of the mobile home park at all times.
