§ 90.16 BUILDING CODES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   The following Codes are adopted by reference and made a parte hereof as if appearing in total:

      (1)   2012 International Building Code (IBC) in its entirety;

      (2)   2012 International Residential Code (IRC, in its entirety except Section R314 “Automatic Fire Sprinkler System” and R501.3 and its exceptions;

      (3)   2012 International Fire Code (IFC) in its entirety;

      (4)   2005 National Electric Code;

      (5)   2009 International Energy Conservation Code;

      (6)   2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC) in its entirety;

      (7)   Illinois Plumbing Code;

      (8)   Illinois Private Sewage Code; and

      (9)   2012 International Property Code (OPMC) in its entirety.

   (B)   Three copies of the Codes adopted in division (A) are on file in the County Clerk’s office for visual inspection.
