(A) The county has adopted all the necessary codes for construction in unincorporated areas as allowed by 55 ILCS 5/5-6001 et seq.
(B) The alterations are on file in both the Office of the County Planning and Development Department and the County Clerk.
(D) This information will be on file in the office of the County Clerk for visual inspection, as well as available in the offices of the Planning and Development Department, and is hereby adopted and incorporated in this code as if fully set forth herein.
