§ 90.02 DISCONTINUING ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   (A)   The County Board may discontinue the issuing of permits within a prescribed area if it determines the issuing of further building permits would be a danger to health or welfare.
   (B)   If the Board makes such a determination, it must give public notice of its decision by one publication in a newspaper having general circulation. This notice must state the Board’s decision to discontinue issuance of building permits in the prescribed area, the location of the designated area and the condition or hazard constituting the danger to health or welfare.
