(A) Potable water supply shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the law.
(B) All water-carried waste shall be disposed of by discharging into a sewerage system operated and maintained under permit the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), or a private sewage system constructed in accordance with the State Private Sewage Licensing Act and Code.
(C) All solid waste, except biomedical waste outlined in § 77.33(D), shall be kept in durable containers that do not leak or absorb liquids.
(D) Containers stored outside the establishment shall be provided with tight-fitting lids and kept covered when not in use.
