§ 32.27 CONTINUANCE OF BOARD OF HEALTH.
   The Board of Health created by this subchapter shall continue in effect until one of the following events:
   (A)   The effective date in an ordinance of the Madison County Board abolishing the Board of Health; or
   (B)   The effective date of any amendment to the Illinois Compiled Statutes, or valid state rules or regulations that attempt to reconstitute the Board of Health in any manner other than consisting of all the members of the County Board.
