It shall be the responsibility of the alarm subscriber to:
(A) Maintain premises containing an alarm system in a manner that ensures proper operation of the alarm system;
(B) Maintain the alarm system in a manner that will minimize false alarm notification;
(C) Not manually activate an alarm for any reason other than the occurrence of an event the alarm system was intended to report; and
(D) Instruct all personnel who are authorized to place the system or device into operation of the appropriate method of operation.
