§ 73.07 TRANSMISSIONS TO SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Alarm systems installed in commercial and residential buildings may transmit alarms to the Sheriff’s Department with the approval of the Sheriff.
   (B)   The installation and maintenance thereof shall be at the expense of the property owner. Applications for alarms to the Sheriff’s Department shall provide for waiver and release of municipal liability.
