The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the operation of emergency alarm systems (including burglary, robbery and vandalism) in structures within the unincorporated areas of the county. It is anticipated that these regulations will enhance the ability of the Sheriff’s Department to increase the present level of protection to persons and property.
