In addition to any other remedies available at law or equity, the county may apply any one or a combination of the following remedies in the event a franchisee violates this chapter, its franchise agreement, other applicable ordinances, or applicable state or federal law:
(A) Revoke the franchise or shorten the term pursuant to the procedures specified in this chapter;
(B) Impose penalties available under § 72.999 and other applicable state and local laws for violation of county ordinances;
(C) In addition to or instead of any other remedy, seek legal or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction; and
(D) Apply any remedy provided for in a franchise agreement, including enforcing provisions, if any.
