§ 72.073 PUBLICIZING PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WORK.
   Unless not possible due to emergency circumstances, the franchisee shall publicize proposed construction work at least ten days prior to commencement of that work by causing written notice of such construction work to be delivered to the County Clerk. In addition, unless not possible due to emergency circumstances, before entering onto any person’s property, a franchisee shall contact the property owner or occupant at least one day in advance. If a franchisee must enter a private building, it must have permission of the owner or occupant.
