§ 72.033 EMINENT DOMAIN.
   Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to impair or affect, in any way or to any extent, the county’s power of eminent domain. The county may exercise its right of eminent domain on behalf of a franchisee consistent with 55 ILCS 5/5-1095.
