A license issued under this chapter shall be for a period of a calendar year from January 1 to December 31 (both days included). The Investigation and License Committee of the County Board is hereby authorized and empowered to direct the issuance of the license for less than one year. The fee for six months or less shall be one-half the fee the establishment would have to pay for one full year.
