§ 55.99 PENALTY.
   Any permit holder who violates the provisions of this chapter or any of the regulations promulgated hereunder, shall be subject to prosecution for an offense for each and every day on which the violation continues and each day that the offense continues shall constitute a separate offense. The permit holder shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense. Further, the Health Officer, with the approval of the Board of Health, may seek injunctive relief and fines for noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter. The County State’s Attorney serves as legal counsel and prosecuting officer for the Board of Health and Health Department.
